The Opportunity:

We are seeking a new graduate Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. This full-time role offers the unique opportunity to work across our Singleton clinic and a separate clinic network in Cessnock/Kurri Kurri, gaining hands-on experience with a diverse client base and receiving structured support as you launch your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualised exercise programs for clients with various health conditions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Conduct assessments, monitor client progress, and adjust programs as needed.
  • Educate clients on exercise benefits and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

About You:

  • Recent Exercise Physiology graduate with ESSA registration (or working towards registration).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated, eager to learn, and ready to work as part of a team.
  • Flexible and willing to work across Singleton and Cessnock/Kurri Kurri clinics.
  • Committed to ongoing professional development.
  • Valid driver's licence.
