We're Hiring: Exercise Physiologist

At Fit To Live, we specialise in pre- and post-natal exercise in a supportive, kid-friendly, and family-focused environment. Our studio is a safe and welcoming space where women feel empowered, understood, and inspired to take control of their health at every stage of life.

About the Role:

We're seeking an EP who loves working closely with patients - especially during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. You'll join a dedicated team of professionals delivering evidence-based, personalised exercise programs in both one-on-one and small group formats.

  • Assess & prescribe evidence-based exercise for sports injuries, chronic disease, oncology, post-partum recovery and NDIS participants.
  • Deliver programs primarily in our gym, occasional home, school or community centres.
  • Collaborate daily with our Exercise Physiology team, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors and High-Performance Coach.
  • Inherit & grow: receive a two-week client handover, then build a list aligned to your interests.
  • Document & report concise SOAP notes, progress reviews and referrer updates.
  • Build a wide range of skill sets: improve your skills as an EP working with various types of disabilities and build your business development skills to prepare you to run your own clinic in the future.

What You'll Bring:

  • A degree in Exercise Physiology (ESSA Accredited)
  • A genuine passion for women's health Experience or strong interest in pregnancy and postnatal care
  • Excellent communication skills and a caring, client-first approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
