We are looking for a passionate, inspirational and highly motivated Assistant Centre Manager to join our team  You will be vibrant and energetic, driven and focused on continuous improvement for both our centre and our team.  This role will include stepping up as the Centre Manager 1 day per week, as our amazing Centre Manager works 4 days per week

Assistant Centre Manager's role:

As the Assistant Centre Manager, you will be passionate, inspiring and highly knowledgeable.  You will need to have as a minimum previous experience as an Assistant Centre Manage and possess the ability to lead, energise and manage our amazing team of educators, alongside running the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with the company policies and procedures and legislative requirements.

You will model compliance, leadership, creativity and innovation and be able to demonstrate an ability to build, nurture and maintain excellent relationships with our team, our families and our children.

You will need:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Centre Manager (as a minimum) desirable to have previous experience as a Centre Manager
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a bachelor's degree in ECE
  • Current Blue Card and Police Check
  • Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
  • A sound-level understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)  and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of qualified and committed early  childhood professionals
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence when communicating with all levels of management
