About the role

Join the talented culinary team at Club Liverpool as a Chef working as part of our catering team and modern 2170 Restaurant. This is a full-time opportunity to showcase your passion for food and creativity in the kitchen. Located in the vibrant Liverpool NSW CBD, you will be an integral part of delivering exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of high-quality dishes from our diverse menu
  • Collaborating with the head chef and kitchen team to develop new and innovative menu items
  • Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards of safety and quality
  • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years experience as a Chef, ideally within the hospitality or Club industry
  • Formal culinary training and/or qualifications, with further training opportunities available to enhance your skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food safety
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity and a passion for producing innovative, delicious cuisine
