Livestreaming & AV Support Specialist (Part-time, Remote)

Memories Technologies Pty Ltd | Remote (AU-friendly time zones)

Memories Technologies provides software that powers live-streamed funeral services and online memorials. We're looking for a part-time Livestreaming & AV Support Specialist to support funeral homes, cemeteries, and crematoria with livestreaming issues.

What you'll do

  • Provide first-line customer support via phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshoot livestream issues (no audio, black screen, buffering, dropouts)
  • Guide non-technical users through simple fixes with empathy
  • Escalate complex cases and document resolutions clearly
  • Share insights to improve product and processes

What we're looking for

  • Experience in technical support/help desk or AV/live production support
  • Knowledge of OBS, vMix, Blackmagic ATEM, and encoder/network basics
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Calm and empathetic approach (sensitive environment)
  • Reliable internet and remote work setup
  • Valid work visa or work rights required for employment in Australia

Hours & Pay

Approx. 15 hours/week (flexible). Hourly rate based on experience and location. Remote across Australia, NZ, or similar time zones.
