Hiring; Java Software Engineers – backend focussed – Experience of working on data programmes – up to $190k + super - Sydney

Tekfinder have taken on a number of Java engineering roles, ideal for software engineers that have an interest in working with data pipelines, data layers, elastic search and spanner.

Maybe you're a backend focussed engineer who doesn't actually like UI or full stack and wants to work in a large team with super smart data engineers and software engineers, tackling big problems?

This programme of work is about building a new data layer on-top of an older legacy platform (think Siebel, SAP etc) which will allow customer facing products to stay online 24/7 with zero downtime.

It's a real mixed bag of working on java, data extraction, elastic search, GCP and helping the team move away from Cassandra.

Stack;
Java, GCP, Spanner, data pipelines, big query, ElasticSearch (moving away from Cassandra)

Were considering mid and senior level engineers as well as day-rate contractors.

Salaries; circa $175k - $190k + super.

Candidates must have full working rights and be able to work in Sydney.
