Back End Java AWS Focused Engineer (React Native & ReactJS Web Front End Product)

Sydney - Hybrid (3 days office, CBD) - $145-150K+ Super + Strong Equity Component - this is going to be an extremely exciting opportunity in a rapidly growing space.

We're helping this market-leading hybrid crypto/finance product grow its Sydney engineering team. This is your chance to join early and help shape an amazing product that's fully regulated and at the forefront of digital finance.


What you'll work on

  • Developing and optimising secure, scalable backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot in a cloud-native (AWS) environment
  • Designing and implementing RESTful APIs to power mobile and web applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and security
  • Collaborating closely with frontend, product, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric features across the platform
  • Contributing to architecture decisions, CI/CD pipelines, and performance tuning to support a fast-growing regulated fintech
