Senior Graphic Designer – Boys & Mens

What you'll be doing:
  • Designing across apparel categories, with well-known and globally recognised brands. This is heavily graphics based - you will understand fashion however don't need to be a fashion designer.
  • Researching seasonal trends, colour stories, and shapes to create mood boards and visual stories aligned with the brand direction to the Senior Leadership team.
  • Translating trend insights into impactful, commercially successful designs that excite customers and drive sales.
  • Supporting other designers in the team, attending retail meetings with account managers, working across different categories and pitching ideas for new business.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:
  • Strong graphic design skills in Photoshop and Illustrator, with a clear understanding of fabrications and garment construction.
  • Prior experience in Apparel within retail or a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • An eye for trends and the ability to research, curate, and present seasonal stories that connect emotionally and commercially.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams — from buyers to production — to deliver beautiful, sellable product.
  • Experience in licensed apparel is highly regarded but not a deal breaker.
  • Please note - you MUST have prior experience in fashion apparel design or graphic design
