We are partnering with an award-winning technology company that are in an exciting phase of scaling up globally.

Their technology enables highly personalised consumer experiences across industries like retail, health, and medical, and they are currently scaling their operations across North America, Europe, and Asia.

This is a rare opportunity for a designer with an 'owner mentality' to be the creative guardian and driver, translating complex technology into compelling visual narratives across every global touchpoint.

ROLE

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be the lead designer supporting marketing and sales, delivering high-quality, visually engaging assets:

  • Global Asset Design: Lead the creation of branded visuals for digital marketing, presentations, proposals, website landing pages, and all campaign materials.
  • Brand Evolution & Guarding: Maintain, evolve, and guard the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all internal and external touchpoints and materials.
  • Motion & Animation: Develop short, engaging animations, videos, and motion graphics for use in presentations, events, and various content channels.
  • Workflow Mastery: Own the end-to-end creative workflow, managing multiple projects concurrently across global deadlines while introducing best practices and new tools (including AI-enhanced workflows).
  • Print Production: Oversee preparation of artwork for large-format graphics and trade show structures for high-impact international events.

YOU

We are looking for a highly organised, deadline-driven designer who thrives on turning complexity into clarity:

  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating senior-level expertise in digital, print, and motion design, specifically across brand systems, campaigns, and complex data presentations.
  • Expert Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
  • Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to design branded narratives in Google Slides, turning complex information into digestible visuals.
  • Brand Sensibility: A deep understanding of brand tone, consistency, and the confidence to push creative boundaries responsibly.
  • Personal Fit: Must be resilient, detail-focused, and possess a 'can't be done' is not an option attitude.
