ABOUT THE ROLE
Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated student to join our Infrastructure Planning team. Reporting to the Manager Infrastructure Planning, this position will develop skills to support the team with the design and preparation of civil construction plans using computer aided design software.
As a cadet, you will be required to be in your final year or penultimate / second final year of tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Civil Design or a related field. You will be expected to study online, however leave is granted to attend compulsory in person course requirements (eg residential schools (or similar) and exams).

The rewards
- A salary paid in line with the Local Government (State) Award. Dependent upon your age and when you completed high school, the weekly salary range is $1073 to $1124 (plus 12% superannuation).
- 4 weeks annual leave and additional time off to attend compulsory in person course requirements.
- Have university fees paid for all subjects that are successfully completed.
- Flexible working conditions with access to a 4 day week or 9 day fortnight work arrangement, subject to operational requirements.
