To be successful in the role, you will be required the following:

  • A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • High level of time management and organizational ability.
  • Willingness to participate in further education opportunities.
  • Availability: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs and Fri and weekends with a minimum 2 hours for each shift (day shift and afternoon shift)
  • Previous experience working as support worker.

Essential Requirements

  • European/ South American Background with good English speaking
  • Looking for young & energetic support workers.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Certificate III and above in Individual Support or Community Service or Disability will be an advantage.
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police check, Working with Children Check, NDIS worker screening check or willing to obtain these documents.
  • Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Current valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour

  • National Police Certificate (Preferred)
  • Driver Licence (Preferred)
