About the Role

CFA is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across print and digital platforms. Reporting to the Publications Editor, you'll be the creative force behind marketing materials, corporate publications, signage, promotional products, and more - guiding each project from concept through to production and delivery.

In this role, you'll:

• Deliver high-quality design solutions for CFA's communication channels.
• Provide expert advice to internal teams on using visual content to engage and inform.
• Maintain consistency across CFA's branding, templates, and visual assets.

In this role, you'll deliver innovative, high-quality design across a range of formats to support CFA's communications. You'll manage projects from concept through to delivery, oversee external contractors, and ensure brand consistency while aligning design services with business priorities. You'll also provide expert advice, contribute to design policy, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and work collaboratively across teams, all while ensuring compliance with CFA policies and regulations.

About You

Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following

• A degree, diploma or relevant equivalent experience is highly desirable
• Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary graphic design principles and practices.
• Experience and proficiency in the use of the Adobe Creative Suite, CANVA and other identified software/programs to use for artwork development from concept through to production.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to plan, manage resources and workloads in a small team environment.
• Ability to produce a wide range of high-quality graphic products under pressure, meet tight deadlines, while maintaining creativity, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to develop material for a variety of communication channels including print, online and face-to-face, often translating technical content into simple language for a variety of audiences.
• Demonstrated experience developing creative solutions to meet complex communication needs.
• Understanding of Government or the emergency services sector would be highly regarded
