Client Services Manager – Financial Planning

Location: Robina, Gold Coast, Queensland

We are a highly regarded boutique financial planning firm with offices in Brisbane, Robina and Melbourne, seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join our Robina office. In this pivotal role, you'll lead client service operations, support advisers, and ensure seamless delivery of advice to clients.

About The Role

  • Efficiently manage daily client service workflows, working closely with a talented team of financial planners and paraplanners.
  • Oversee the implementation of financial advice using industry-leading platforms (such as XPLAN, Microsoft, investment, and insurance systems).
  • Drive ongoing compliance, refine business processes, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a key contact, building strong relationships and upholding the business' high reputation for outstanding service.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in a client services role within financial advice
  • Strong understanding of advice implementation, investment, and insurance platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
