As a Product Developer for Global Wetsuits, you'll be working on some of the most iconic surf brands in the world, joining a highly skilled and collaborative team based in Burleigh Heads. What You'll Do:

· Wetsuit Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development of wetsuits and neoprene-based surf accessories, ensuring they meet stringent performance, quality, and sustainability standards.

· Innovation Collaboration: Work closely with designers and category leads to translate performance-led design concepts into technically feasible products.

· Material and Construction Expertise: Partner with teams to select and test innovative materials, align production specs, and ensure seam construction and fit are optimised for in-water performance.

· Sample to Production: Oversee the product lifecycle from prototype through to bulk production, managing quality control and production deadlines across international suppliers.

· Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate with product managers, marketing, and global sales teams to ensure wetsuit products are aligned with regional needs and go-to-market strategies.

Who We Are Looking For:

· Industry Experience: 2+ years' experience specifically in technical apparel or accessories (ideally surf, swim, outdoor or sportswear). Experience with wetsuits or neoprene is highly advantageous.

· Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of garment construction, seam types, neoprene performance, PLM systems, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

· Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple seasonal ranges and deliver high-quality output on time in a fast-paced environment.

· Team Culture Fit: Someone who is passionate about surf culture, thrives in a collaborative team, and is eager to work with like-minded creatives and innovators.
