About the Role – What You'll Do
We're hiring an Infrastructure and Support Specialist to join our team in Forest Glen. You'll play a key role in deploying and maintaining robust systems in secure environments, and supporting customers across Africa and the South Pacific.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Deploying TruTeq software in high-security environments
· Working closely with our software development teams
· Writing scripts and automation tools
· Diagnosing and resolving production issues via remote access
· Performing service restorations
· Creating detailed customer-facing reports
· Providing support and guidance to clients
About You – What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone with:
· Deep Linux and networking expertise
· Strong knowledge of IP protocols and debugging tools
· Experience in supporting 24x7 mission-critical environments
· Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation
· Familiarity with Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· A customer-first mindset and a passion for problem-solving
· The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
· Willingness to perform occasional after-hours work
Formal qualifications are welcome but not essential if you can demonstrate hands-on skills and experience. You'll need to show us that you know your way around a terminal, log files, and network traces.
