About the Role
Pathfinders is currently seeking a Support Worker to join our Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) team. This role supports people in breaking the cycle of homelessness and assists those at risk to remain in long-term, safe accommodation.
You will work directly with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, including Aboriginal and CALD communities, applying trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices. The role involves outreach work to Tenterfield and requires active collaboration with local service providers and community organisations.
This position is classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Modern Award ("the SCHDSI Award") at Level 4.1.
