Additional Information:

- - These roles are Permanent Full-time, 76hrs/ fortnight
- This role is based in the external warehouse located in Canning Vale
- Applications close Thursday 30 October 2025
- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
- To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid forklift licence

About this work area

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- - Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
- Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
- Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
- Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
- Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required such as click and collect handouts.

- A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting
