We are hiring motivated Production Workers for busy food manufacturing facilities based in Broadmeadows and Thomastown. These roles involve hands-on work with chicken products in a fast-paced environment. About the Role

  • You will be working as part of a production line team, with duties including:
  • Processing, packing, and handling chicken products
  • Operating equipment and machinery safely
  • Performing quality checks to meet strict food safety standards
  • Manual handling and maintaining a clean work environment

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in food manufacturing, factory work, or production line work is highly regarded but not essential
  • Comfortable working with raw and cooked chicken products
  • Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling tasks
  • Able to work in cold and wet environments
  • Safety-focused with strong attention to detail
  • Availability to work rotating rosters across day and afternoon shifts
