This role is operational, working with a team to ensure the day runs like clockwork,from setup and compliance to candidate experience and rapid troubleshooting. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love working behind the scenes to make big things happen, this is your moment.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day exam operations, including venue setup, transitions, and pack-down, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to specification.

Coordinate and guide Students, maintaining high standards of service.

Liaise with students and stakeholders, addressing queries, managing issues, and escalating where necessary.

Ensuring exam materials and equipment are organised and available as needed.

Adapting quickly to changing needs and assisting with ad-hoc requests.
