About the role

Navigator College has multiple vacancies for School Teachers across Junior, Middle and Senior School, to join our vibrant and supportive team in Port Lincoln, South Australia. As a Teacher at Navigator College, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic and engaging lessons that inspire our students to reach their full potential.

Positions of Additional Responsibility are available in VET/Careers/Student Pathways, SEQTA Learning Management System Coordinator and a Variety of Learning Area Leaders.

What you'll be doing

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons across a range of subject areas, catering to the diverse needs of our students
• Providing individualised support and guidance to students, fostering their academic, social and emotional growth
• Assessing student progress and providing detailed feedback to support their learning and development
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources
• Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your teaching practice
• Contributing to the broader life of the school community through extracurricular activities and initiatives

What we're looking for

• Relevant teaching qualifications and registration in South Australia
• Demonstrated experience in teaching, with a strong understanding of the Australian curriculum
• A passion for engaging and inspiring students, with a focus on student-centred learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to collaborate with the wider school community
