We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production & Operations Manager for a permanent position at our wholesale nursery located in the beautiful Northern Rivers. Just a short 20min drive to Ballina, or 40min to Byron Bay.

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee all activities associated with greenhouse operations and various production processes used to produce tropical plants. You will be working among and leading a wonderful team of people dedicated to supplying high quality tropical plants to retail and commercial clients both locally and interstate.

Remuneration is negotiable and will be based on qualifications and experience. If you have a passion for horticulture and are looking for a step up in your career to a management position then we'd love to talk with you.
