Delivering compelling, tailored presentations and demonstrations that showcase the business value and operational impact of AI agents.
Conducting in-depth discovery sessions to assess and understand customer requirements as well as their deepest pain points.
Designing and developing tailored AI agents that solve real business problems, ensuring operational fit, scalability, and measurable value.
Lead customer enablement through hands-on training, onboarding, and ongoing support to drive self-sufficiency on the Relevance AI platform.
Act as a strategic partner, influencing product direction through customer insights while identifying opportunities for deeper integration and growth.
What We're Looking For
Highly accomplished experience in solutions engineering/ architecture, technical consulting, forward-deployed engineering or similar roles at the intersection between customers and product.

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience building demo environments and productionising use-cases on low-code SaaS platforms and/or AI solutions.
Proven customer-facing skills with a track record of driving technical value and success with Enterprise customers in fast paced environments.
Passion for AI and its real-world applications, with a customer-first mindset and a drive for continuous learning.
