About the role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Hand/Labourer to join our clients  team in Croydon South.

As an employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients manufacturing operations. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to be part of an energetic work environment and contribute to the success of their growing company.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the assembly and production of our products
  • Performing general labouring tasks such as working with sheetmetal materials
  • Assist with operation of folding, slitting and cutting machines
  • General factory duties
  • Full training provided
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures
  • Collaborating with the manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure efficient operations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar factory or labouring role, ideally within the manufacturing
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good physical fitness and stamina to handle manual handling tasks
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and tidy work area
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
