Are you a motivated and experienced Team Leader looking for your next challenge? Join a fast-paced, dynamic 3PL logistics operation in Tullamarine leading a team of approximately 10 staff.

As the Multi-Customer Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a high-priority section of the warehouse dedicated to handling multiple customer accounts. You will lead and motivate a team to ensure efficient order fulfillment, inventory management and timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, your duties may include:

  • Managing the multi-customer area - 4 Customer accounts
  • Leading and supervising the team to meet performance and productivity targets.
  • Managing daily operations in the multi-customer area, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Overseeing inventory management, ensuring all stock is stored and handled correctly.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Training and developing team members to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Collaborating with other teams to meet customer expectations and resolve operational issues.

To be successful in this role you will require the following skills:

  • Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A focus on continuous improvement and team development.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
