You are a curious and enthusiastic individual with a passion for data, storytelling, and scalable impact. You thrive in ambiguity, love solving complex problems, and are excited by the opportunity to shape how cloud adoption is governed, measured, and accelerated across one of Australia's largest technology organisations.
See yourself in our team
The Cloud Business Office (CBO) is a small, high-impact team that sits at the heart of CommBank's cloud transformation. We partner with BU CIOs, delivery teams, and senior executives to drive cloud adoption, optimise operations, and deliver meaningful outcomes at scale.

- Dashboarding : Design and maintain insightful, interactive dashboards that track cloud adoption metrics, delivery roadmap progress, FinOps performance, skills and certification uplift, and more.
- Executive Content Creation : Produce high-quality PowerPoint packs for the Cloud Steering Committee (CIO-level forum) and BU Cloud Portfolio Reviews (with BU leadership teams), translating data into compelling narratives that drive action.
- Insight Generation : Identify trends and opportunities for cloud resource optimisation, delivery acceleration, and strategic alignment—both at Group and BU levels.
- Automation : Build automated workflows and reporting pipelines using tools like PowerAutomate to reduce manual effort and improve responsiveness across the cloud portfolio.
- Collaboration : Work closely with senior stakeholders across Technology and Business Units to understand challenges, shape priorities, and deliver insights that matter.
