The Opportunity: Qualified Lead Educator

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week

Hours: Up to 38 hours with flexibility

Location: Lockyer Valley

We Would Love You to Have:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education
• Previous experience as a room leader or educational leader
• Strong coaching skills to develop reflective practices
• Ability to identify areas of improvement and support educators in planning
• Excellent communication skills and professional manner in the workplace
• Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
• Current QLD Blue Card
• Passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and good nutrition for children
