- The Client Facility Manager (CFM) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of complex facilities within a designated precinct. This includes providing expert advice, coordinating maintenance resources, and managing a team of maintenance staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. The CFM must align maintenance solutions with client needs, comply with relevant regulations, and continuously seek ways to improve team performance and service quality.

Responsibilities include:
- Adept at building strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction.-
- Demonstrated operational excellence in overseeing maintenance operations, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.-
- Ability to contribute effectively to strategic planning, budget development, and project management.-
- Proven leadership skills, coaching, and performance management for the maintenance team.-
- Knowledge and Technical expertise in facilities management, maintenance practices, and building systems.-
- Communicate Effectively with stakeholders, collaborate with colleagues, and ensure transparency in operations.Organisational Relationships:

- This position reports to the Senior Client Facility Manager, who in turn reports to the Associate Director, Campus Operations. This position manages the Client Facility Coordinators.
