ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Polisher/Detailer to join the team in Sunshine. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a safe work environment. Your daily tasks will include:
- Inspecting vehicles for paint defects, imperfections, or damage prior to polishing or detailing
- Performing paint correction techniques such as denibbing, buffing, and polishing to remove surface imperfections and achieve a high-quality finish
- Using appropriate tools and equipment such as dual-action polishers, rotary buffers, de-nibbing blocks, pressure washers, and vacuums
- Detailing vehicles inside and out, including washing, vacuuming, and cleaning glass, trims, and surfaces
- Ensuring all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations
- Maintaining a tidy workspace and correctly disposing of waste materials
- Assisting with general workshop tasks or supporting other team members when required
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the Automotive Industry is highly desirable but not essential.
- Buffing/Polishing experience is essential.
- Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety practices.
- Appropriate Australian Working Rights.
- Valid Driver's Licence
