About the Role

We're seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative** hours per week) to support the growth of SME accounts. In this role, you'll engage with existing customers, strengthen relationships, promote current offers, and discuss both current and upcoming products across the electrical wholesale market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively call existing customers for account management, up-selling, telemarketing outreach, and product negotiation
  • Achieve individual sales goals and KPI targets
  • Conduct telemarketing campaigns to promote offers, generate interest, and uncover new opportunities
  • Promote and present product solutions aligned with customer needs
  • Follow up on quotes and leads to maximise conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate customer information and activity records within the CRM system

What You'll Bring (Essential)

  • Proven sales experience with the ability to build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Confidence in working toward KPIs and consistently meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in a call centre or sales-driven environment
  • Electrical product knowledge or experience in the electrical wholesale industry
