It goes without saying that protecting the data of the world's largest freight forwarders is critical to the function of the international supply chain, so as an Identity Security Engineer, you will be crucial to the protection and defense of thousands of users globally.

Summary

As an Identity Security Engineer, you'll be a key part of our team, focused on building, optimizing, and securing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. Your work will directly impact our security posture by enabling secure, compliant, and efficient access management. You'll use your development skills to automate and streamline processes, collaborating with various teams to integrate security into our core business functions.

What you'll develop
  • Automated Solutions: Design and build automation scripts and tools to streamline operational workflows and support new use cases, primarily using Python or a similar language.
  • IAM Integrations: Develop and integrate services into our existing identity processes and solutions, ensuring seamless and secure access.
  • Security Infrastructure: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot our core security infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with our development and security standards.
  • Efficient Processes: Contribute to the development and refinement of security processes and solutions to solve complex security challenges.
Skills and experience we're looking for
  • 3+ years of experience in a developer, systems engineering, or security engineering role.
  • Strong coding and automation skills, with proven proficiency in Python or similar.
  • Understanding of security protocols and standards such as SSO, SAML, and OIDC.
  • Experience with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with IAM platforms like Azure Entra ID or Active Directory.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to debug and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
