We are a vertically integrated Wagyu business, taking our livestock all the way from breeding through to beef sales. As a family-owned and operated enterprise, we are committed to excellence in genetics, animal welfare, and staff development.

Key responsibilities include:

- Recording data into a mobile-friendly app (using your own mobile phone, or a work phone provided if required)
- Collecting DNA samples, identifying gender and dam, applying ear tags and NLIS devices, recording weights, and administering animal health treatments
- Supporting cows with calving difficulties
- Maintaining the calf-rearing facility and feeding poddy calves, including hand-raising and observation
- Participating in broader farm work such as feeding, silage production and carting, stock movements, water checks, and property maintenance as required

- Excellent track record of long-term staff retention
- A growing and expanding business, including new value-added Wagyu products

- Experience with cattle (highly desirable)
- Practical farm experience, including maintenance skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills — able to record information clearly, follow instructions accurately, and work effectively within a team
