Briody Plumbing is a locally owned company, operating in Cairns for over ten years. We are a well-known and highly sort after plumbing business with a great reputation and close-knit team.

We currently have a permanent, full time opportunity for a licensed plumbers with experience in either of the following areas; Domestic, Commercial and Civil Plumbing to start ASAP. The successful applicant will be provided with a fully maintained service vehicle, great hourly rate, phone and uniform.

Responsibilities of the role include (but not limited to)

  • Suspended sanitary works
  • Stacks
  • Rough in
  • Hot and cold water services
  • Fire service
  • Drainage
  • Fit off

Qualifications & Experience

  • Valid Plumbing License (QBCC)
  • Current Queensland driver's license
  • Gas License (Preferred but not mandatory)
  • Current Driver's License
  • Construction White Card
  • Excavator operators experience beneficial
  • Must have own tools
  • Working knowledge and compliance with current work health, safety & environmental legislation and codes of practice including knowledge and understanding of AS/NZ 3500 Plumbing and Drainage.
  • Able to work away from home
