Internal Sales Team Member

What You'll Do

• Be the friendly face (or voice) of Filquip, responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care.
• Prepare and deliver quotes for equipment and parts promptly.
• Keep customers updated on their orders, ensuring a smooth sales journey from inquiry to delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer and supplier records in our SAP software system.
• Review orders and supplier paperwork for accuracy, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
• Support our warehouse team with picking, packing, and organizing freight when needed.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including unpacking, labeling, and managing stock.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure top-notch service.
• Champion workplace safety by following Filquip's health and safety policies.

Who You Are

• A confident communicator with a friendly and professional phone presence.
• Reliable, dedicated, and ready to tackle tasks with a strong work ethic.
• A multitasking pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (SAP experience is a bonus but not required).
• Forklift license or warehouse experience? That's a plus, but we'll train you if needed
