Learn More About How We Work
In this role, as a Senior Product Designer, you will:

• Design experiences at the intersection of our two core users: Corporate event planners and restaurant operators.
• For Restaurants, help grow and manage their private dining offerings through translating complex restaurant operations into compelling, intuitive solutions.
• For Diners, assist in how they discover, book and manage private dining reservations.
• Facilitating research with restaurant users and event planners to understand their end-to-end needs, inform our strategy, and gain learnings on experiments.
• Work closely with a smart, collaborative remote team of product designers, product managers, sales, and engineers.

How we design for restaurants

You enjoy solving complex design challenges and are a systems thinker. You have experience designing for web and have an exceptional portfolio that showcases a breadth of product design work. You also have:

• 5-10 years of professional experience in product design.
• Experience designing for two-sided marketplaces.
• Balancing rapid, build-to-learn experimentation with longer term, practical design thinking
• Strong visual and interaction skills.
• The ability to negotiate, prioritize, and break down design work into measurable outcomes while advocating for the user
• Incorporated AI into workflows to improve and speed up design process and outcomes.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn from others
• An appetite and appreciation for feedback from stakeholders and peers
• Led user research and can link research findings to designs
• The ability to manage time effectively and can self-direct to deliver against agreed-upon commitments
• Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers in an agile environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and can clearly articulate design decisions
• Experience working with remote teams
• Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools
