We are seeking enthusiastic Solar Roofers and Trade Assistants to join our team at Warlec Solutions Pty Ltd in Brisbane, Queensland. This is afantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the solar energy industry and kickstart your career through a pathway to apprenticeship.

Key responsibilities

  • Assisting with the installation of solar panels and related components on residential and commercial rooftops
  • Moderate physical fitness is required for safe rooftop work
  • Safely transporting and handling materials and equipment to job sites
  • Provisional driver's licence is acceptable for transport duties
  • Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Cleaning and maintaining tools and work areas
  • Following all safety protocols and procedures
  • Participating in on-the-job training and development

What we're looking for

  • Strong interest and aptitude for hands-on work in the trades and building industry
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry is preferred but not essential
  • Candidates with any Australian work rights are welcome to apply
