**About the Business**

Solar Nextgen is a national solar power system design & installation company that specializes in solar powered energy solutions including photovoltaic solar (PV) panels, solar thermal heating systems, solar attic ventilation, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, energy efficient home improvements and commercial lighting.

Since its establishment in 2015, Solar Nextgen has managed to specialize in design, engineering, supply, installation, operations and maintenance of solar PV systems.

**About the Role**:
As a Solar Roofer, you will be required to assist the CEC Accredited Installers on both residential and commercial projects.

Core work for this would include but would not be limited to:

- Working collaboratively under the supervision of CEC Installers to install solar PV systems for both residential and commercial sites;
- Initiative to perform required tasks and follow instructions;
- Assisting in loading and unloading work vehicles

**Selection Criteria**:

- 1+ year experience working in similar settings (regarded but not necessary);
- Ability to use power and hand tools;
- Valid driver’s license and own transport;
- Full working rights within Australia;
- White card
- Positive attitude to complete all jobs safely, efficiently and correctly;
- Punctuality;
- Working at heights

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term, Casual
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays

- Brisbane QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
