This isn't a back-office scheduling gig. As a Care Coordinator, you'll be the engine that powers outstanding care delivery. You'll own the coordination of services, support workers and client outcomes. It's high-stakes, high-impact and deeply rewarding.

About You

  • Experience in disability, aged, or community care (NDIS knowledge a bonus).
  • Qualifications in Health, Disability, Aged or Community Care.
