POSITION OVERVIEW

Join us as we enter an exciting new chapter at Chatswood Chase, Sydney's newest premium shopping destination. Reopened on 23rd October 2025, the centre is being transformed into a world-class hub for luxury retail, dining, and lifestyle.

We're seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team at RODD & GUNN Chatswood Chase Lodge.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in fashion retail management, paired with passion, energy, and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll thrive on building lasting relationships, achieving sales targets, and leading by example on the shop floor.

In this role, you'll:

  • Be the face of the brand, converting browsers into loyal customers
  • Maximise sales and business performance
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards
  • Oversee daily store operations and support team development

Most importantly, you'll be focused on creating geiniune customer relationships - ensuring they keep coming back to you.

Opportunity for early start:

Begin your journey at our Macquarie Centre Lodge to train under the Store Manager who will be leading the new Chatswood Chase team into this exciting next phase.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A proven retail background- men's fashion preferred
  • Sales management experience overseeing one or more direct reports
  • Departmental store experience highly regarded.
  • Working to KPIs and Targets
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A passion for recruitment. Hand-selecting, coaching, and developing your team for success.
  • A "can do" attitude as a jack of all trades- willing to roll up your sleeves and be a part of all facets of the business while driving a successful team.

Salary:  Base Salary + Generous Bonus Structure
