AIM Mining Corporation is an emerging gold development company with big plans underway. We currently operate the Warrawoona Gold Project in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia and are now preparing to ramp up operations at our high grade Blue Spec gold and antimony project, kicking off in Q3 2025.

About the Role

As we commence our underground operations, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Mine Geologists looking to take their next exciting step in their career. Working alongside an experienced Geology team you will learn essential skills about open pit and underground mining and understanding the role of a Geologist on a deeper level.

We are currently offering this role FIFO from Perth on 15 days on, 13 days off roster, with immediate starts available.

Key responsibilities of this role includes:

  • Assisting with the implementation and management of grade control programs, including drilling, sampling and assay dispatch
  • Delineating ore blocks and ore mark-ups as required ensuring minimised delays to mining and accuracy of ore mined
  • Assisting in providing advice to mining team to minimise dilution and maximise recovery
  • Geologically mapping current mining areas to assist in ore body delineation
  • Conducting sampling and Technician duties as required
  • Monitoring production and stockpiling to ensure correct haulage
  • Assist in the preparation of reports
  • Adhere to QA/QC practices
  • Assist with drill rig supervision, logging and interpreting log data
  • Conduct project work as directed

About you
