ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity to join the Autobarn family in the role of Store Manager to motivate, develop & lead a customer-focussed team to hit sales targets.

The Store Manager reports to the Area Manager, and focusses on:

  • Creating a safe and secure working environment
  • Achieving Store Sales Targets
  • Managing both Store & Team Member KPIs
  • Providing Talent Management & Development to all Team Members
  • Leading by Example
  • Complying with all Safe Work Practices, Policies, Procedures & Instructions

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience Working Towards KPI's & Budgets
  • Authentic Passion for Customer Service
  • Experience with Inventory Management
  • Eagerness to Continuously Learn
  • Retail and Automotive experience would be advantageous
