At Seven Miles Coffee Roasters, we're passionate about crafting exceptional coffee, and that starts with our people. We are proud to include the Bills Beans brand roasted locally in Orange, and as we expand our roasting capability, require a FT Production & Warehouse Supervisor.

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Passion for exceptional coffee and the coffee industry
  • Eagerness to learn & progress in a dynamic working environment
  • Strong motivation to follow procedures & ensure quality
  • Enthusiasm to be a team player & uphold quality banter

Role duties include:

  • Complete daily roasting operations
  • Support team with picking, packing & fulfilling orders
  • Support team with packaging of goods & operating packaging machinery
  • Green bean warehousing & stock movement
  • Supply & inventory management
  • Communicate & collaborate within the team and other departments
  • Maintaining a clean work environment & adhere to Workplace Health & Safety requirements, policies, procedures & all SOPs
  • Monitor productivity by supervising KPI's
  • Complete maintenance, either hands-on or vendor management

Qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Can work effectively alone and in a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail in the production process
  • Previous experience roasting coffee
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Customer focus and attention to detail to ensure that all orders are correct.
