About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, responsible and motivated Warehouse Storeman & Forklift Operator to join our team. The role requires good communication and teamwork skills and strong attention to detail. Proven forklift experience is required. You will play a key role in maintaining safety, efficiency, and organisation across our warehouse and yard, while supporting the warehouse and production supervisors and team as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently load/unload trucks, semi-trailers, and shipping containers using a forklift
  • Preparing items and pallets of goods for dispatch
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality against shipping documents
  • Organise and store goods in designated locations
  • Maintain warehouse and yard cleanliness, safety, and efficiency as a priority
  • Support Warehouse & Production Supervisors as required, which may include assisting in the factory, packing, or organising stock

Skills & Experience

  • Valid forklift licence with high-reach forklift experience
  • Experience in warehouse, inventory or production / factory is highly regarded
  • Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg, and perform physically demanding tasks when required
  • Must have full Australian working rights – sponsorship is not available for this role
  • Ideally resides within 45 minutes of our Cromer manufacturing site

Position Details

  • Reports to: Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor
  • Casual position. We anticipate offering regular shifts Monday–Friday (approx. 8:00am–5:00pm) during the peak period leading up to Christmas. Actual hours may vary based on operational needs.
  • Pay rate will be based on experience
  • Note: The factory will be closed from 22 December to 8 January for the Christmas break
