Our brands cover the full spectrum of fashion luxury categories including women's and men's accessories, footwear and apparel as well as wearable technology, watches, jewelry, eyewear and a full line of fragrance products.

About the role

We have an amazing opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager who is driven, self-motivated and ideally has a clienteling background.

You will assist with the continuous development of the store team as well as an optimised management of store image, product and operations.

  • Business Development – with a focus on key business strategy
  • Team Management – motivating and developing the team
  • Client Management – build relationships with our clientele
  • Customer Relationship Management – manage customer database and in-store promotional events
  • Store Management – including housekeeping, inventory management, visual merchandising

This is a full-time, 38 hours per week opportunity based at our Michael Kors DFO Perth location. This position is on the Tuesday - Saturday roster.

Skills & experience

  • 2-4 years' experience in retail management – premium/luxury experience is beneficial
  • Understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations
  • Team leadership skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
