We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join our Services team in Australia .

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Oversee inspection, repair, and overhaul of HV/MV/LV electro-mechanical equipment including motors, and generators.
  • Lead and mentor department personnel, supporting recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with Service Center Management to achieve operational targets and ensure efficient job scheduling.
  • Maintain long-standing customer relationships and uphold quality and safety standards.
  • Participate in business development through meetings and workflow optimisation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Trade Certificate III Electrical Fitter or equivalent.
  • Western Australia Electrician License (Preferred).
  • 5+ years' experience in repair, rewind and overhaul of High/Medium/Low voltage electrical rotating equipment and machinery.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • High-level problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage others and manage a team.
