About the Role

Join our dynamic Customer Success team in a fast-paced, phone-based role, where you'll be the key contact for tradie customers, from sole traders to growing small businesses. Your mission is to onboard new tradies, nurture existing accounts, and ensure they maximise ROI through Chekku's compliance tools and job opportunities. This high-volume role offers a structured, target-driven environment with ample opportunities to hone your skills and exceed goals.

Here's what your day-to-day looks like:

Hitting Daily Activity Targets


• Achieve at least 3 hours of talk time through inbound and outbound calls to engage tradies.


• Generate leads for account managers and conduct nurture calls to drive subscription renewals and upsells.


• Meet weekly and monthly targets to unlock incentives, including bonuses and team rewards.

Onboarding New Accounts


• Guide new tradies through a seamless onboarding process, using a checklist to set them up for success with compliance tools, job feeds, and capability packs.


• Handle inbound calls to answer questions about platform features, compliance requirements, and campaign setup.

Nurturing Existing Accounts


• Monitor and optimise tradies' platform performance, tracking compliance status and job engagement.


• Educate tradies on best practices to maximise ROI, such as leveraging Chekku's job-matching engine and document library.


• Retain customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions to their business needs.

Building Relationships


• Engage tradies over the phone, understand their pain points, and recommend Chekku features to support their growth and compliance.


• Maintain accurate customer insights and interactions in our CRM for seamless collaboration with the team.

Compliance and Quality Assurance


• Adhere to Chekku's scripts and compliance-first standards, ensuring high-quality, transparent customer interactions.


• Uphold our mission to professionalise the trade industry through every engagement.

About You
