We are actively seeking dedicated Concrete Plant Supervisors to join our concrete industry team. You will be part of a motivated crew working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the operation of machinery and equipment used in the production and mixing of concrete at the plant.
• Operate and monitor automated systems to accurately dispense materials and ensure consistent concrete production.
• Conduct regular maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of batching machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimise downtime.
• Communicate effectively with drivers via radio to coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle customer inquiries and take orders over the phone, ensuring excellent customer service and accurate order processing.
• Operate front-end loaders when necessary, with training provided on-site for this equipment.
• Assist with manual handling and lifting tasks as required to support plant operations.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for both yourself and colleagues.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Previous experience as a Plant Supervisor or similar role, (preferred)
• Australian Driver's Licence and full working rights.
• Prior experience in a Similar role.
• Full Australian working rights
• Ability to pass pre employment medical & drug and alcohol test.
• A can-do attitude with a willingness to engage in physically demanding tasks when necessary.
• Professionalism and a commitment to team collaboration and workplace safety.
