Faith Baptist Christian School, a ministry of Faith Baptist Church Gladstone Incorporated is seeking a committed Christian (evangelical) Secondary School Teacher with current Queensland Teacher Registration. The successful applicant will be a hardworking, enthusiastic teaching professional with excellent subject knowledge of secondary Mathematics and Science, as well as experience and expertise in a broad range of subjects including English, HASS, Technologies and Health and Physical Education. A sound understanding of Australian Curriculum, Queensland Curriculum and Assessment is also required.

This full-time position will involve working with students in Years 7-12 and assisting in the encouragement of spiritual formation and extra-curricular activities. The successful applicant will be a motivated individual with a keen interest in encouraging and inspiring students to love learning and excel in all areas of secondary schooling.

Faith Baptist Christian School is a small, co-educational Christian School for children from Prep – Year 12.  Situated in a beautiful rural setting only 10 minutes from the Gladstone CBD, we offer distinctly Christian education customised to the individual learning needs of students.

Australian citizens and permanent residents must be willing to move to Gladstone for the position.
