The Role

We are seeking multiple Service Technicians to join our client's team in Sydney, servicing customer sites across Penrith, the CBD and Southwestern Sydney.

This is an ongoing contract in a hands-on role that offers autonomy, variety, and ongoing support. A company car is provided and you will receive full training to set you up for success.

You will be responsible for the installation, servicing and maintenance of dispensing equipment across a wide range of customer sites, including hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and other commercial locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install soap and hygiene dispensers in line with manufacturer guidelines and industry standards
  • Complete installations neatly, accurately, and safely
  • Respond to breakdowns and repair equipment on customer premises
  • Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating efficiently
  • Carry out workshop-based repairs on returned equipment

The Candidate

  • Experience in service, repairs, or installation of technical equipment
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage your day independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Current Driver Licence
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools
  • Willingness to travel daily to customer sites across Sydney
