A high-security federal agency is seeking a Project Officer to support the delivery of ICT infrastructure projects. This Canberra-based opportunity is suited to professionals with an active TSPV clearance and a background in technical project delivery.

Your new role

You'll work alongside a Project Manager to coordinate infrastructure-focused ICT initiatives. The role involves planning, documentation, procurement, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong emphasis on digital transformation, legacy system migration to cloud, and uplifting infrastructure and communications technologies.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 2–5 years' experience in ICT project coordination or management
  • Proven experience in infrastructure projects, cloud migration, or digital uplift programs
  • Technical background with strong documentation and project planning skills
  • Familiarity with Prince2, PMBOK, and project management tools
  • ICT and business acumen—able to bridge technical delivery with stakeholder needs
  • Prince2 Foundation or AIPM CPPP certification (desirable)
  • Current TSPV clearance is essential
