4 x days per week on site + 1 x day WFH
In partnership with our commercial client, Emanate Technology is looking for a Master Scheduler to enhance and maintain a large, multi-stream transformation program schedule. You'll shape a clear, accurate, and fully aligned master schedule, work closely with project leaders to confirm timelines and dependencies, and deliver reporting that supports executive decision-making. This role also contributes to broader organisational uplift by coaching teams in best-practice scheduling.
What you'll be doing
- Scoping improvements to the master schedule
- Confirming activities, dependencies, and timelines
- Expanding schedule structure to cover all deliverables
- Building reports, dashboards, and governance outputs
- Highlighting progress, risks, and variances
- Engaging project teams to maintain schedule alignment
- Leading review workshops and updates
- Coaching teams in scheduling tools and practices
- Producing supporting documentation and guidelines
What you need to bring
- Experience delivering program-level schedules
- Proficiency applying Microsoft Project
- Strength demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confidence managing stakeholder communication
- Capability uplifting organisational scheduling maturity
- Qualification holding relevant tertiary studies

- Experience delivering schedules in civil engineering or tech environments
- Knowledge applying ERP program structures
- Certification holding project controls or scheduling credentials
